About Our Potlucks

VIVA-Raw Potlucks :
Our raw vegan potlucks are casual get-togethers where we mostly eat and socialize. We generally have a guest speaker presentation, informal group discussion, or show a video/DVD. These potlucks provide a great opportunity to connect with others and enjoy a delicious selection of food; It is also a wonderful opportunity to find ideas for healthy, good tasting recipes to make at home. At these potlucks, we encourage people to focus on incorporating more fruits and vegetables into their recipes while limiting the amount of nuts/seeds, oils, spices and salty substances (i.e. Bragg Liquid Aminos, Nama Shoyu, miso or sea salt). We also recommend as much as possible, organic fruits and vegetables be used.
